Obituary of Jose Velazquez

V E L A Z Q U E Z Jose passed away suddenly on November 9, 2020. Loving husband and best friend for 18 years to Elizabeth J. Fitzpatrick. Devoted dad of Jasmine Velazquez. Step Dad of Scott Chick (Ella), Amy Chick and Dana Chick. Son of Daisy Feliciano and Victor Velazquez. Brother of Victor Velazquez Jr., Miguel Velazquez (Evelyn), William Velazquez, Dalila Rios and Darlene Velazquez. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Jose will be sadly missed for his dad jokes, his infectious smile and always being the life of party. He enjoyed bowling for many years and was a die hard eagles fan. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing November 17 th 9:00 AM at Nativity BVM Church 2535 E. Allegheny Ave. Phila., Pa 19134. Memorial Service 11:30 AM. Interment Private.
