DUGAN Jeanette C. Loving mom of Doreen Haugh (Dugan), Russell Mancer and the late Thomas Mancer. Grandmom to Kelliann Haugh and Oscar and Lillie (granddogs). Beloved aunt and friend. Jan will be missed by her family and friends and all those who were fortunate enough to enjoy her fun and witty personality.
